How can I part with this........ My passion for fabric is turning into an obsession. Im off to create something in this, maybe some cushions for outside, a bag, or a tablecloth, ooh the possibiilities are endless.
I get soo excited with the prospect of fabric bolts arriving on my doorstep. When I hear the delivery van, pulling into our drive, I cant get to the door fast enough. I quickly sign for the parcels and in I go..........Where are my scissors to open the parcels, in a fit of frantic excitement - usally nowhere to be seen, the kids have used them for an art project the night before and left them where I cant find them!!

This week is now a sewing week I have decided. with TVMs drawing nearer as the weeks pass, I need to have some more stock. Leave a comment if you love these too.!!
My daughter requested a bag to put her yoga mat in, as she was fed up with carrying it under her arm.
Yes I know the feeling, my mat is like a floppy fish, I lost the tie, and when I finish my class, and roll it up, it just as quickly unrolls. So together we designed a pretty bag to carry that large floppy piece of foam in.
And here it is. Now listed in my store and also in my Made It store and my daughter took the other. Im going to add it to my store aswell this evening.
It is made from one of my Lila Tueller gorgeous Party Dress fabrics, has a rope handle that easily flings over your shoulder.
Maddie has kindly produced this lovely feature and we are giving away 1 metre (1/2 metre of each of the above designs) of gorgeous Sprout Design fabric, for all those lovely mums who love to craft and sew.
This giveaway if open WORLDWIDE for the next week, so pop on over and read the conditions and enter.
If you dont want to wait for the giveaway, then these designs can be purchased from my store I Just Love That Fabric directly and WORLDWIDE POSTAGE IS only $10.
BLOG GIVEAWAY NOW CLOSED The winner will be informed on Monday after the draw
Well , its been a very busy week, sewing and cutting and allsorts.
I had an order for a doorstop in a fabric I now I only had a tiny amount left in, and of course I said yes, as you do, and then spent the next half a day searching thru boxes and boxes of off cuts, end rolls, bits and bobs, until finally I found what I was looking for.Sooooooo...
Anyway, to cut a boring storey short. I came across loads of scraps and off cuts from the same designers, and being short on a bit of space at present. I have decided to bag these up in 500g lots and post on my giveaway.
So the first of a couple of great giveaways is this grab bag, so to speak. of Surface Art off cuts. 100% cotton drill and simply gorgeous and 6 assorted sizes and colourways. Enough for crafting and a couple of small pillows .
